Local fashionistas and coffee aficionados are experiencing a perfect blend of retail therapy and fine coffee in the recently launched Coffee Republic kiosk and deli located in the DV8 store in Belfast’s Castle Place.
The new outlet in DV8 has an innovative format with a coffee kiosk at the shop front and a 1,200 sq ft outlet to the rear of the store, offering a hot and cold fresh food range sourced from local food suppliers and served in a quick service environment.
Delighted with the very positive reaction to the city centre outlet, Coffee Republic’s Master Franchisee for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, Siobhan Mooney said: “The location here in DV8, which is one of Northern Ireland’s leading fashion retailers, right in the heart of Belfast’s commercial and shopping district is just perfect. We have also adopted a new approach to this city centre outlet to meet the needs of a range of customers. The Coffee Republic kiosk located at the front of the store will meet the needs of the growing ‘grab and go’ market, whilst in-store, we provide a full deli offering in a relaxed environment which can seat up to 60 people comfortably.
Speaking at the launch, Deon Stephens from DV8 said: “The DV8 store at Belfast’s Castle Place is the company’s flagship outlet and as such it is an extremely important showcase for DV8 and its range of fashion product. When we were approached about a Coffee Republic kiosk and deli at the store we thought this would be an excellent way to differentiate us from other fashion retailers in the city centre. At DV8 we pride ourselves in doing things differently, so working with Coffee Republic fits well with that ethos. It also means we can offer customers added value as they shop with us.”
